This popular package includes our 4 post canopy, chairs, and sashes, decorated shepherds hooks, sand unity, officiant and recorded music. And your guests get to refresh themselves with tropical fruit and iced lemon water while formal pictures are being taken of your family and bridal party. 

  • Officiant:  A professional minister or notary to perform a personalized and romantic ceremony along with filing your license after the ceremony. (the couple purchases marriage license at a FL Clerk of Court’s office). 
  • On-site coordination
  • Wedding Client Portal –  Enjoy a superior planning experience for organizing your wedding.   Your customized portal will contain all your wedding details for a simple and stress-free experience.
  • Photography:
    • A professional photographer for up to 1.5 hours on the beach
    • All photo’s posted to online gallery available for viewing and download with rights to print
  • Sand Ceremony (includes table and keepsake heart shaped vase for you to keep) 
  • Chalkboard – Customized message on chalkboard or Wedding sign of your choice 
  • Decorations & Chairs–
    • 4 post Canopy or 2 post Driftwood Arch with fabric in color of your choice and silk floral swags or starfish décor,  Or Circle of Love Arch with either Boho style floral swags or Tropical floral swags.  (See below beach towns where the Circle of Love is available).
    • Complimentary White Wedding Chairs 
    • Complimentary Chair Sashes in color of your choice
    • Decorated Aisle, choose from our décor gallery
  • Refreshment Table: with seasonal tropical fruits, lemon water, table decor and all serving supplies to match your color theme 
  • Music: We provide a PA system for you to play your downloaded music on
  • Wedding Consultant: Consulting to provide options for the wedding location, reception plans, hair, make-up, and other needs.
  • Professional Floral & Decor Design Consult:  We help you design a custom day that will tie together your whole look so that your wedding perfectly expresses you as a couple. 

License – Filing of your license after the ceremony. (bride & groom purchase license at clerk’s office).

Locations – Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Fort Myers Beach, Marco Island, Naples, Orlando Area, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Ft. Lauderdale, Destin, Ft. Walton, Sarasota, Siesta Key, Anna Maria Island, and Cocoa Beach.

*Packages do not include any beach permit fees that may be required by a city, county, state, or beachfront resort. However, we do assist with the permitting process. 

Additional Services

  • $7.50 additional chair w/ sash
  • $250 per extra photo hour, pre-ceremony & reception available
  • $650 videographer 2 hours, pre-ceremony & reception available
  • The Circle of Love arch is available in:  Naples, Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Marco Island, Siesta Key, Sarasota, Anna Maria Island, Treasure Island and Ft Lauderdale. NOT available in:Destin / Ft Walton Beach, Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, Marco Island and Miami
